Do I need to pass a credit check to rent a copier?
No — we offer no credit check rental options, which makes it easy for newer businesses or those who’d rather keep their credit lines free to get the equipment they need. Tell us your situation and we’ll explain the options.
No. Our rentals are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. There’s no multi-year commitment and no early-exit penalty — you stay for as long as it works for you.
Your monthly rate covers the machine, all maintenance, parts and on-site call-outs, and toner. Delivery, installation and staff set-up are included too. The main thing not included is paper.
We aim to send a written quote within 2 working hours during office hours once we understand your print volume. [Confirm this turnaround before launch.]
We’re based in Strijdompark, Randburg and install and maintain rentals across Johannesburg and greater Gauteng — including Sandton, Roodepoort, Midrand and Fourways.
Genuine Toshiba mono copiers and colour multifunction printers, plus Duplo finishing equipment such as booklet makers and folders. We’re an authorised dealer for both brands.
Servicing is part of your rental, so you simply call us and we sort it — parts, labour and call-outs are covered. There’s no separate repair bill to approve.
Yes. Because there’s no lock-in, you can move up to a faster or higher-volume machine as your needs change — just talk to us.
