Do I need to pass a credit check to rent a copier?

No — we offer no credit check rental options, so newer businesses, or those who prefer to keep credit lines free, can still get the equipment they need.

Is there really no lock-in contract?

Correct. Rentals are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. There is no multi-year term and no early-exit penalty.

Is renting more expensive than buying in the long run?

Renting spreads the cost and folds in maintenance and toner, which you’d otherwise pay for separately if you bought outright. For most businesses the predictability, flexibility and always-current equipment outweigh ownership — especially as copiers date quickly.

Is renting a copier better than buying for a small business?

Can I still rent if I’ve been declined for finance elsewhere?

Who owns and maintains the machine when I rent?

We do. The machine stays ours, and all servicing, parts and call-outs are our responsibility — so the risk of a breakdown or an ageing machine sits with us, not you. You simply use it and print.

What happens at the end of the rental?

There’s no fixed end date and no balloon payment. Because it’s month-to-month, you can carry on, upgrade to a newer or faster machine, or return it with 30 days’ notice — whatever suits the business at the time.

What if my business grows or needs to downsize?

That’s exactly what month-to-month is built for. You can move up to a higher-volume machine as you grow, or scale back if things change — without penalties or having to settle a finance agreement first.

Are copier rental payments tax deductible?
