Why Rent From Us

Why a month-to-month rental from N&G beats buying outright or signing a traditional copier lease.

Renting a copier from N&G Rentals means no credit application, no multi-year contract, and one monthly fee that covers maintenance and toner. You can cancel with 30 days’ notice and upgrade as you grow — flexibility a lease or an outright purchase can’t match.

Most copier suppliers want you on a 36- or 60-month finance agreement with a credit check and exit penalties. We built N&G around the opposite idea: give businesses reliable, genuine Toshiba and Duplo equipment on terms they can actually walk away from.

Renting vs buying FAQs

Do I need to pass a credit check to rent a copier?
No — we offer no credit check rental options, so newer businesses, or those who prefer to keep credit lines free, can still get the equipment they need.

Correct. Rentals are month-to-month with 30 days’ notice to cancel. There is no multi-year term and no early-exit penalty.

Renting spreads the cost and folds in maintenance and toner, which you’d otherwise pay for separately if you bought outright. For most businesses the predictability, flexibility and always-current equipment outweigh ownership — especially as copiers date quickly.
For most small and growing businesses, yes. Renting means no large up-front outlay, no finance application, and the freedom to upgrade as you grow — with maintenance and toner included, so there are no surprise running costs while cash flow is still tight.
Very likely. Because we offer no credit check rental options, a finance application declined elsewhere doesn’t automatically rule you out. Tell us your situation and we’ll talk through the options with you.
Who owns and maintains the machine when I rent?

We do. The machine stays ours, and all servicing, parts and call-outs are our responsibility — so the risk of a breakdown or an ageing machine sits with us, not you. You simply use it and print.

There’s no fixed end date and no balloon payment. Because it’s month-to-month, you can carry on, upgrade to a newer or faster machine, or return it with 30 days’ notice — whatever suits the business at the time.
That’s exactly what month-to-month is built for. You can move up to a higher-volume machine as you grow, or scale back if things change — without penalties or having to settle a finance agreement first.
Rental payments are generally treated as an operating expense rather than a capital purchase, which many businesses find simpler to account for. Your accountant can confirm exactly how it applies to your situation.
